1. Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using Crypto AI Trader (the "Service") at https://crypto-ai-trader.cc, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Crypto AI Trader is a cryptocurrency trading and analytics platform. It includes a web dashboard, optional Telegram bot integration, paper and live trading tools (where your plan allows), community forum, and machine-learning forecasts.

The Service is operated for personal and educational use. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, or registered investment adviser.

3. Not financial advice

• Charts, predictions, backtests, demo previews, and forum posts are informational only.
• Past performance and simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You alone decide whether to trade and bear all financial risk.
• Consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

4. Account types and access

Access is tiered. Free accounts have the most limited features (forum, demo previews, and basic settings). Paid plans unlock predictions, trading tools, and related features as described on the Subscription page.

We may pause new sign-ups when capacity limits are reached to keep the Service stable. When that happens, you will see a message that we are expanding server capacity.

• Owner, admin, and moderator roles are for platform operations — not transferable.
• You must keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication when offered.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email reachable.

5. Free account inactivity (7-day policy)

Free-tier accounts that show no activity for 7 consecutive days may be permanently deleted (purged) to manage platform capacity and keep performance stable for active users.

• Activity includes signing in, verifying email, browsing the dashboard, posting on the forum, and other logged interactions.
• Before purge, only accounts with role free are affected — paid and staff accounts are excluded.
• Purged accounts remove login access, forum content tied to the account, and associated stored settings. This action is generally irreversible.
• To keep a free account, sign in or use the Service at least once every 7 days.
• Upgrading to a paid plan before becoming idle prevents automatic free-tier purge.

6. Trading and API keys

• Live trading connects to your Binance account via API keys you provide.
• Do not enable withdrawal permission on API keys used with this Service.
• You are responsible for API key security and all orders placed through your account.
• Paper trading uses simulated balances and does not involve real funds.

7. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access, scraping at abusive rates, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No posting illegal content, harassment, or spam on the forum or Telegram integrations.
• No misrepresentation of demo or simulated forecasts as guaranteed live model output.
• No sharing accounts or circumventing plan limits.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, downtime, data loss (including inactive-account purge), or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
